There are many upcoming music groups in Rwanda but few are making it as this one! Today, Teen Times is happy to introduce unleash Chris and Big Pizzo.

When did your duo begin?
We have been singing together since January 2009.

Why did you link up?
We all had the same dream of making Rwandan music unique.

Any hits songs yet?
Some hits include ‘ago nagabo’ and ‘champion’.

Who are your role models?
We like Richie Spice, Egyptian and Collie Buddz. (Jamaican Reggae/ Dancehall stars).

What challenges do you guys face?
There are some unprofessional radio presenters who are at the same time artists.

What is wrong with a radio presenter being an artist?
These radio presenters refuse to play some artists’ songs for the fear that they would be outwitted.

Do any of you guys have girlfriends?
Chris: ‘I have a girl friend.’
Big Pizzo: ‘No I am single and contented.’

What plans for the future?
We have an album launch that is coming up very soon.

Any final words?
Our final words go to the artists. We should come together and make a unique Rwandan style of music.
