A brief playful knicker.

Like it or not, it’s a must that every woman wears underwear. However, in the same trend, most women are dealing with a secret problem of failing to get the right lingerie that suits them.

Bras
Finding a comfortable bra that fits well can be a challenge for many women and girls alike, while to some it even is a nightmare.

There are quite a number of upscale underwear shops in Kigali with a large collection of styles and sizes. You will find sports, flirty, strapless, maternity, and nursing – you name it— lingerie at reasonable prices.

Women know very well that there is nothing worse than wearing an uncomfortable bra. For example a bra that pinches, or digs into your shoulders irritates you constantly. It is no use wearing a pretty dress or top over an ill-fitting bra.

A fitting bra is essential for your health and self-esteem. A recent casual survey carried out in Kigali reveals that 90 percent of Rwandan women and girls wear the wrong sized bras.

Lingerie
Itchy knickers, underwear, underpants or whatever you call them, are a problem in many women’s lives.

I have no solution to offer other than to suggest that no single panty style can suit all body shapes. The best way to avoid these problems is firstly to make sure that you have your correct measurements when buying underclothes.

Unfortunately, some women often neglect this aspect when shopping as they don’t realize that, over time, they have changed in size.

Wear the right type of knickers for your size and your outfit. G or T-strings may be chic but do not suit everyone. If you hate knickers with visible lines, there are those that you can buy which eliminate the problem. Buy different kinds of knickers for different outfits.

When purchasing new underwear there are a few considerations which every woman ought to bear in mind with regards to your future comfort and wellbeing. If you live in a hot climate then it would be best you avoided artificial fibres which can cause you to sweat.

Natural fibres, such as cotton, will leave you feeling fresh and happy.

Perhaps the most uncomfortable underwear is old underwear. Go through your lingerie often and replace the old underwear with new ones.

Always take time to look at the details of underwear before you buy it. This can make the difference.
