I would like to extend my appreciation to the Rwanda National Police (RNP) for initiating measures to track and recover stolen phones.

It was not until someone pick-pocketed my handset that I believed the force could really recover them.

This was the worst day of my life because I had business appointments with my partners and the only means of communication was by telephone.

I decided to lodge my case to my home town police station in Muhanga.

I could hardly believe that that very same day the police recovered my handset.

It was a miracle I think.
I would like therefore share with every one out there that has been in the same situation this story.

The national police together with MTN can recover stolen phones by tracking serial numbers whether the phone has been changed location or SIM card changed.

Let me take this opportunity to thank the Police in general for their noble work in the whole country.
