Thank you, City Council
Editor, I’ve written many a letter to the editor complaining about the state of the road in Kimihurura, in an area popularly know as ‘ku-kiministri’. Driving on that stretch of road was “hellish” on our shock absorbers and if you happened to be a pedestrian, beware of the rainy reason. pedestrians often got water splashed on them by swerving cars.

Editor,
I’ve written many a letter to the editor complaining about the state of the road in Kimihurura, in an area popularly know as ‘ku-kiministri’. Driving on that stretch of road was "hellish” on our shock absorbers and if you happened to be a pedestrian, beware of the rainy reason. pedestrians often got water splashed on them by swerving cars.
Kigali City Council responded to my letters, but that wasn’t what I was looking for. I wanted a nice new road. I can finally announce that this is happening. The road is being constructed. Well done. Maybe we can be beneficiaries of the Kigali City Council Rwf 5 billion street light project. The old street lights should be replaced with new ones.
