This letter is with reference to your interesting article titled "RDB implements new business reforms”.

Please allow me to congratulate the enterprising team at RDB for their pro-active approach to the fast changing business environment. Constant innovations at RDB have made Kigali the preferred business hub for the entire EAC region. Now, with the five EAC countries having established the

EAC Common Market a free flow of capital, labor, trade, tourism and investments in the region has been facilitated.

The World Bank, as an independent  and  international organisation, has ranked Rwanda the highest and the most preferred destination in the region for doing business and also for competitiveness.

The new Rwanda is now poised to take on new challenges and Kigali, a model city, is now poised to become the conference hub for the  region.
