Please allow me to congratulate the Honorable Mayor of Kigali City, Dr. Aisa Kirabo Kacyira and her dynamic team for developing Kigali into a world-class city. Road infrastructure is always an integral part of any planned development and with the rapid progress the country is making, it is essential to enhance the infrastructure of the capital.
It is always a great pleasure to visit Kigali with its impeccably clean roads and ever friendly people. We eagerly await the completion of the Convention Centre, which will ensure that many conferences can take place in the new Rwanda.
