EDITOR, COULD The New Times have any recent news on the development of the oil exploration in Rwanda? It’s been over 6 months now since the announcement of an agreement between the governemnt and Vanoil, but we haven’t been updated.

COULD The New Times have any recent news on the development of the oil exploration in Rwanda? It’s been over 6 months now since the announcement of an agreement between the governemnt and Vanoil, but we haven’t been updated. Has Rwanda really struck oil? I suggest that the relevant ministry gives us, the general public, more information.
