THE evaluation commission of the International Olympic Committee is in Rwanda to assess the body’s activities and plans between 2009 and 2012.

The three-man team includes Jerome Poivey, Yousfi Yassine and Diack Thierno. Among other things, the team will tour the Olympafrica Nyanza stadium which is under construction in the Southern Province.
