Sandrine Ngabire is a female Rwandan artiste popularly known as Miss Confidence. She is among the few musicians who have so far managed to go beyond borders.

She has made collabos with many renowned Ugandan musicians including The Twins. She however says it’s just the beginning. Below she talks about what makes her weekend;

With me the weekend starts on Saturday morning by watching and listening to music. Although it depends on where it finds me, I may either be in Rwanda or Uganda.

If in Uganda, my friends come home to make plans for the evening. We may either decide to go for a dance amongst the most hitting clubs in town. And when we are there as musicians, we dance and enjoy drinks together.

And what makes it interesting is that DJs play our music. This keeps us on the floor until when we cannot dance any more.

However if in Rwanda, I meet with old boys and girls as soon as they get to know I am in the country. We keep each other busy in different places like Simba Super market and in hotels like Laico Umubano.

However for the dance I normally head to Planet Club at KBC. At times my friends feel like we should spend the whole night there because of the fun we have. I however leave by 3a.m.

That makes my weekend perfect.
