Synopsis:  Size is everything… That’s what Hiccup sadly learns in his home village of muscular, dragon-killing Vikings. Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III, heir of the Viking chiefdom, a boy who needs nothing more in the world than to kill a dragon, and be like everyone else in his village.

The movie is an interesting twist of events that takes Hiccup on a quest to hunt down and kill just one dragon, so he can become part of his community. But like in all good movies, things don’t go as expected, and the plot proceeds with captivating twists and turns that make it rise above the ordinary animation.

Verdict: Animations rarely get better than this. Packed with good humour, a dramatic script with surprising depth, this movie makes for a very entertaining watch. It is packed with plenty of action and great 3-D scenes.  This boisterous tale is just right for fantasy fans or anyone with a spirit of adventure. It is based on the book by Cressida Cowell.
