Through your paper I would like to thank Kigali City for the work they have done in the city. Kigali has always been attractive, but as I was walking along the KBC-Kacyiru road, I felt proud to be Rwandan.

The bright street lights and the paved roads made me enjoy my evening walk. I hope soon the whole city will have the beautiful look.
