GATSIBO —- The Sectors of Rwibogo, Rugarama, Rwagitima and some parts of Kabarore, on Tuesday got full access to mobile telephone services following the completion of MTN mast in the area.

Residents who have always had a problem accessing network could not hide the excitement of dialing and receiving calls without searching specific locations.

One trader who owns a hardware shop in Rwagitima said they would now keep in touch with their suppliers.

"We are really happy with the new development because we have been missing a lot of business because of poor communication," he said.

The local leaders in these sectors were also pleased saying it had simplified coordination of activities. They said poor network had always hindered development.

A technician at the newly finished mast, Sam Nzaramba said they were still testing the network in the area but expressed confidence in the new mast.

"We have been building many other masts in areas that are currently lacking network and a good number were completed last year," Nzaramba said.
