The Ministry, on whose desk bus fares fall, must be commended for realizing that the increased bus fares were based on ludicrous information. The increase did not make sense and only profited the bus companies but didn’t benefit us, the consumers, in any sort of way.

It is my wish that the customers are consulted before any such decisions are made. If this is done, then any such change in bus fares will be welcomed by the general public because it will seem less like a haphazard.
