SILVERBACKS Captain Juma Adams has backed his team to reach the Main Cup final of the Prinsloo 7s which kicks off this morning at Nakuru Athletics Club.

The 24-year-old, who assumes the outside center role on the team, reckons that there is enough quality and experience in the team to hit the target.

"This is the third time we are playing in this tournament and we have always improved with each edition so I don’t see why we can not hit our target this year,” he wondered.
Last year, the team reached the Plate Cup final. Mwamba were crowned Main Cup champions after defeating Strathmore in an all Kenyan final.
