I want to laud the officers of the National Police for arresting Jean Bosco Kinyoni, of Kigabiro sector, and seizing several kilograms of marijuana.

Narcotics is an evil that is slowly eating up the minds of Rwanda’s youth. Instead of thinking about ways to involve themselves in the country’s economic miracle, they are instead thinking of ways to get ‘high’. We have anti-drug laws and I think that they should be followed to the letter.
