This letter is in reference to your article entitled published yesterday” Rwanda receives World Bank award”.
Please allow me to congratulate Minister of Commerce, Monique Nsanzabaganwa and her team, as well as the Rwanda Development Board CEO, John Gara , COO Clare Akamanzi and their very efficient team who have all contributed in making Rwanda the top global performer in doing business.

There are also several other Government departments like the Immigration and Emigration Department which has made it so simple to get entry into the country, the Kigali City Council which has converted Kigali into a model city and even the Ministry of Infrastructure, which has ensured that there are good facilities in the country.

Finally, it is also private enterprise and the warm and friendly people of this great nation who all contributed in making Rwanda a top global performer.   

I am wishing the new Rwanda many more successes in the coming months.
