Kunio Hatanaka

Kunio Hatanaka is the Japanese Ambassador to Rwanda. He says it’s a pleasure for him working in Rwanda and is determined to strengthen the cooperation of the two countries. Below he shares more with you on himself;

The first thing you do in the morning
I refresh myself

Greatest fear
My wife

When are you happiest?

When I finish my work and have a glass of wine

Childhood memory
The games I played as a child

The most important thing life has taught you
When people keep in good terms with others, it is very important

Affectionate memory of your parents
The care they gave me

What keeps you awake at night?
When in Rwanda, I never have sleepless nights.

Greatest achievement
Not yet so far but I am trying to do my best to have something

During your free time
I go for physical fitness exercise and play golf.

Retirement plans
I will settle and spend the rest of my life in mountainous areas.
