GETTING me to eat fruits in my younger years was a real hassle for my mother who always made sure we had plenty of fruits to eat at all times.

For some reason I dint like fruits, but since it was necessary for me to eat fruits at the time because it was the time I was growing up and was sickly child, my mother was always on my case to make sure that I was properly fed and taken care of.

One of the foods that I was supposed to take in plenty were the fruits and since I dint like eating them, my mother had to device a way of making me eat the fruits in a tricky way, and that is when she bought our first juice mixer.

My mother is my best friend, and I can never thank her enough – with her juice mixer she made sure I took a glass of fresh juice every morning and evening just so that she can boost my immunity which was very weak, especially the passion juice, which has a compound that is believed to block histamine, reduce allergy and inflammation; passion fruit therefore has the health benefit of reducing the symptoms of asthma.

The human body needs live foods to maintain healthy body. Live food means uncooked fruits and vegetables. When we eat fresh fruits and vegetables, our bodies extract as liquid what they need from the fibre. This extracted liquid is juice which contains the same nutrient as the juice you make in your kitchen with the juice mixer.

The good thing in drinking juice is that you are eliminating a digestive process (extracting the liquid from the fibre) therefore the nutrients are released instantly in the body through the bloodstream. By taking at least 2 glasses of fresh fruit juice in your diet, you will surely feel great and look terrific.

Passion fruit is high in vitamin A which helps the body to remove free radicals that cause skin and tissue damage, and it also helps to improve our vision. It is also rich in Vitamin C which helps to repair tissue, heart disease and cancer and also helps our bones.

Orange juice

Orange juice has several nutrients and minerals, as a result it boosts one’s immune system. It contains foliate which helps to increase growth of skin cells and blood cells which helps in lowering the inflammation related to the heart disease.

Orange juice is the richest source of vitamin C, thereby having the ability to repair and preventing damages of free radicals which have cancer cells.
