I was glad to hear that ATRACO, the commuter transport association will be restructured. According to yesterday’s issue of The New Times, the decision was made after a commission set up to look into the mismanagement of ATRACO released its findings.

I hope that after the restructuring, ATRACO football club will be revived. The club had managed to spice up soccer in Rwanda, and it was a shame that a good performing club went defunct over poor management.
