I read in The New Times of August 18, 2010 about Ramsey Simba, a Rwandan officer who scooped three awards from the prestigious Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst – UK.

Simba’s feat is not something easy and one thing for sure he has done Rwanda proud. I have no doubt that based on his record at the Military academy, he has paved way for more Rwandans to join.

Thanks Simba. You have not only done yourself proud, but your country as well.
