I live in Kicukiro, in an area known as Niboye where the dust is becoming unbearable because of drivers who seem to be inconsiderate. Through your paper, I would like to appeal to drivers who use dusty roads, to drive slowly so that pedestrians can use the roads too.

For now it is the dust, but what will happen once the rains start falling? Will they shower every passer-by? I surely hope not.
