This letter is in reference to the article published yesterday, "Schools re-open today ".

Please allow me to wish all students in Rwanda the very best for their final term, this academic year. The next few months will surely be crucial but with hard work and concentration, students will be able to succeed in their final examinations and move on to the next class.

In today’s highly competitive world there is no room for complacency. Students will do well to keep this mind and thus support the Government and private enterprise in building the new Rwanda for their own success and development in the years to come.
