My name is Enan and I am presently working for an international organization in Kigali. every morning, I start my day by logging onto The New Times website to check the editorial cartoon. I think that Seif is an amazing cartoonist; they always make me laugh and put me in good humor.
It’s been missing for a while though. Sometimes it’s there and sometimes it isn’t. Yesterday’s cartoon was hilarious. Thank you Seif.
