EDITOR,

I would like to congratulate the Rwanda rugby community upon its successful election of new torch bearers for its federation. Most sports federations are known to have infighting prior to such elections but this was not the case, at least none was reported, during the ruggers’ annual general meeting.

The game is still young but apparently very promising. I hope the new committee will work as a team to consolidate what the earlier, albeit inexperienced, committees have achieved.

Former president, Alexis Kamanzi, please, continue working closely with Dr.Otto Vianney Muhinda so that what you started can prosper.
