RWANDAN international and former Atraco FC striker completed his move to Macedonian first division side Fk Skendija last week. The 21-year-old striker signed a two year deal, according to sources close to the player.
However, according to the national fooball federation, Ferwafa Chief Executive Officer, Jules Kalisa, the federation is unaware of the players transfer.
Kalisa said yesterday when contacted to verify the striker’s move, "I’m not aware of his transfer, at least officially. All I’ve heard from the streets is that he has joined a club in Macedonia.”
Last season, André, the younger of the three Lomami brothers, who play for the Primus National League clubs, never featured on the starting lineup of Atraco under the Ugandan coach Sam Timbe.
After Atraco’s went under towards the end of last season, the temperamental striker went on the look out for new employers, and his search took him to Macedonia with the help of his mesterious agent.
Lomami André featured for various local clubs including FC Leopards, where started is career before joining Police FC, APR and then Atraco.
