France-Rwanda relationship promising

I was happy to read in your paper of January 10th about the arrest of another genocide fugitive in France. This seems like a message of change from the French, who are known to be one of the major sponsors of the 1994 genocide.

I think they should continue this way and apologize to Rwandans for all the suffering they caused to us. This may create a new chapter for the relations between Rwanda and France.

I wonder why it took them this long to apprehend many genocide perpetrators they’ve {France} so much protected since 1994. These genocide convicts don’t even help the French in any away, why should they leave them hide from justice?

I wish the French continue striding in this path of Unity, Equality and Brotherhood.
