The whole electoral process has been free and fair, countries from within and outside the region should borrow a leaf from the political maturity Rwandans have attained.
There was total security and transparency during the campaign. Candidates from the different parties traversed the country freely as they canvassed for votes.
The electorate was free from harassment often witnessed in many countries prior to general elections. The 2010 Presidential elections have been a victory for democracy.
