Yves Rwibutso, 22, has launched his first book titled "Narose Nkabya Inzozi” translated to mean "A dream come true”.
The 23-page book, published by Corporate Company, is a collection of inspirational fables and tells the story of Rwanda’s renaissance from the previous regimes to the current leadership.

In a press conference held on Friday, Rwibutso said he wrote the book to show the world, especially Rwandans in the Diaspora, where the country came from and where it is today.

"When I was in Australia for studies, Rwandans often asked me about the current situation in Rwanda…and the most disappointing thing is that some of those who left the country long ago think that it is still as they left it, or maybe even worse,” he said.

Rwibutso, who spoke highly of President Kagame and his government, said his book is based on a research about the previous regimes since Rwanda gained her independence in 1962 and Kagame’s leadership.

"President Kagame has done so many things that are very meaningful to Rwandans and others, but the story is never told. So when I hear people talk negatively about the person who brought peace and security to this country, I feel very upset,” Rwibutso said in a furious tone.

He revealed that he once dreamt Kagame ruling the country for the second time and, that is how he chose the title "Narose Nkabya Inzozi.

The launch of the book was held in the presence of the Minister of Sports and Culture, Joseph Habineza, and the Executive Secretary of the National Unity and Reconciliation Commission, Dr. Jean Baptiste Habyarimana.
