First of all, I am thankful to Paul Kagame for returning us from exile where we had lived for over 40 years. He is the hero of the liberation struggle; he brought an end to a dictatorial regime.

He restored peace and order, promoted unity and reconciliation and later embarked on the development of the country. He should be allowed another term.
