When I perform my duties as expected

People have the capacity to perform better but they are also able to perform poorly  

What keeps you awake at night?
When I realize anything that may have negative effects on both my responsibilities and at home

Although I have something in mind, I am still working to achieve it

I relax and give time to my family

I will involve myself in art work. I have the knowledge and experience
