Kagame is a pillar of development for this country, he has improved health for all Rwandans, all children go to school, we have clean water today in this district which used to face water scarcity. People are now practicing modern farming. He gave us a modern breed of maize which we call ‘Kagame’ and its harvests have boosted our incomes. We are thankful to him.
