I would like to thank President Kagame for returning peace to this country. Rwanda was a very unstable country but since RPF took power, security has been restored.

Unity and reconciliation, development for all; Kagame has been behind all this. We are looking forward to seeing ICT reach all rural parts of the country and see more schools built in the next seven years.
