Under Kagame we are guaranteed security because he has ensured peace and stability in the last 7 years. We have also experienced growth in the agricultural sector because the government brought agricultural officers closer to the people.
Mutuelle de Sante and woman emancipation is the reason I will continue voting for Kagame. Kirehe district never used to have electricity but today we are connected to the national grid.
