Colombe Ituze Ndutiye is the youngest designer participating in the ongoing Rwanda Fashion Festival.
She is also a student of NCC, a UK programme based at Kigali Institute of Science and Technology (KIST).

Ndutiye’s creations focus mainly on women’s wear and her designs are a fusion of African traditional fabrics and colours.

The 21-year-old was inspired by Belgian fashion mogul, Paula Reed’s, drawings and collections. This week, style gurus from France, Canada, Kenya, Nigeria, Burkina-Faso, South Africa, Senegal and Tanzania are in the country to showcase their unique fashions and accesories.
