On Saturday, I along with a bunch of friends went to Bambino Super City, a small resort just a few minutes before Kabuga town, because we had heard great things about it. Sadly, these stories were all false.

The service was the worst I have encountered, and I must say I’ve seen bad service before. There were so many waiters and waitresses, you would assume that at least one will serve your table. Sadly, this wasn’t the case.

They wondered about, chatted among themselves and generally acted unhelpful. It took forever just to get drinks and the whole evening became a debacle when a friend lost his cool and started berating the staff.

I wish this wasn’t so because the place is gorgeous. If they improved their service that place could be a money spinner. They must improve.
