Kagame’s policy of scrapping school fees for vulnerable children helped pupils and students from poor families acquire education and the introduction of the nine-year free education is another policy that has encouraged Rwandans to acquire education.

Kagame has made it clear that he doesn’t want to lead a country of illiterate people and that is exactly what a reasonable leader should do.
