Editor,
I want to reiterate Prime Minister, Bernard Makuza’s, call for Rwandans in the Diaspora to turn up for the upcoming Presidential elections because that it’s their fundamental right to participate in their country’s programmes.
The right to vote is one of the fundamental rights that Rwandans can enjoy. Why waste your vote and not have your voice heard?
I urge all those Rwandans living all over the world to cast their vote on August 9. Electing a president isn’t something that one should dodge.
