EXCITEMENT overwhelmed residents of Kamonyi and Ruhango districts in the Southern Province as the RPF Presidential candidate, Paul Kagame campaigned in their areas. Most of those who spoke to The New Times Reporters, Edwin Musoni  and Daniel Sabiiti, listed a number of reasons why they believe Kagame deserves another term in office.

There is a lot that has happened in the past seven years under President Kagame’s leadership, we now have security, health insurance, cows and milk, fertilizers and electricity. I had never had security throughout my life until the time Kagame came to power...all I need from him is to maintain the security because I have no doubt he will win the elections.
