RPF intensifies Presidential campaigns

GICUMBI- Rwanda Patriotic Front (RPF) on Friday intensified Presidential campaigns at Mulindi Cell playground of Kaniga Sector.

The RPF supporters numbering over 3,500 sang and chanted party slogans, as they called on the faithful to vote in large numbers for President Paul Kagame, come August 9.

RPF Northern Province head of discipline committee, Frank Semana, highlighted RPF achievements for the last 16 years and called on party members to unanimously vote for the party’s presidential flag bearer.

"RPF is responsible for all development programs attained in the last 16 years, including ushering in the peace being enjoyed by all Rwandans today,” said Semana.

He called on supporters to give another chance to President Kagame, so as to accomplish development programs still underway.

"President Kagame is committed to promoting the private sector to boost Rwanda’s economy,” noted Semana.

RPF District chairman, Bonane Nyangezi,  assured residents of Kaniga Sector of a bright future if they cast their votes for President Kagame.

"The future is bright for those who shall make a wise decision, by voting President Kagame on August 9,” said Nyangezi.

An RPF member at the campaign rally, Jean Claude Uwamungu, said the youth of Kaniga Sector are behind Kagame.

"President Kagame has done a lot to support the youth acquire education and promoted youth projects countrywide,” observed Uwamungu.
