KIGALI - Following massive RPF campaign rallies for the Party’s presidential candidate in the Districts of Gasabo and Kicukiro, residents and supporters of Paul Kagame in Nyarugenge District yesterday held another rally that drew thousands.

The function held at Giti k’Inyoni, in the outskirts of Kigali City, was characterized by excitement, singing and dancing by fans of the RPF flag bearer.

Addressing attendants, The RPF Campaign Manager in Nyarugenge District, Ildephonse Niyonsenga, highlighted RPF successes recorded as a party that has been in power for the past seven years and also read out the Party’s Campaign manifesto.

"You have witnessed infrastructural development here in Nyarugenge in the past seven years, the economy has grown visibly, issues like gender equality and poverty eradication have been realized,” he said.

"If you want to keep progressing, Vote for Kagame, he is the man this country needs”.

"The choice you make on August 9 will last for the next seven years, if you want a safe and stable Rwanda, vote for Kagame; it’s the right choice a Rwandan can make,” said MP Saidath Mukanoheli.

At the function, State Minister for Energy, Collette Ruhamya and East Africa Legislative Assembly member, Abdul Karim Harelimana, excited the attendants as they continuously chanted slogans praising the RPF and its flag bearer, Paul Kagame.
