I’m not a huge cricket fan, but I would need to be living under a rock not to know that Sri Lanka’s Muttiah Muralitharan has become the first cricketer to claim 800 Test wickets.

And to make this even better, he did this in his final appearance and with the final ball.

His achievement is monumental and I can appreciate it, as should any sports lover. He was one of the hardest working cricketers and his achievement is a result of that.
