23 out of 25 children who were hospitalised following a school bus accident on Monday morning, have been discharged, medical officials told The New Times.
One of the children died of injuries on Monday night.
The schoolchildren, the bus driver and a teacher were hospitalised soon after the accident.
17 people, including the driver and the teacher, were taken to the University Teaching Hospital of Kigali (CHUK).

14 have now been discharged and two are still receiving treatment, CHUK officials confirmed to The New Times on Tuesday afternoon.
All seven children who were taken to Dream Medical Center Hospital (DMC) were discharged on Monday.
Another child was discharged from the Nyarugenge District Hospital on Monday.
One child, who was taken to King Faisal Hospital, is still under treatment and in stable condition.
Unconfirmed reports say one of the children might have been taken from the accident scene by one their parents.

They are all pupil of Path To Success school located in Kicukiro District.
The accident happened on the slops of Rebero hill when the school bus was coming down a steep road crashed into a nearby forested area a few kilometres from the school.
Initial information from the Traffic Police department indicates that the bus had a mechanical problem in its wheel system.
