The 6th Rwanda Film Festival that has been packaged under the theme “Africa Celebrated,” features 26 nations from across the world. Complementing the theme, the festival highlights the country’s major annual events such as Kwita Izina, FESPAD and the FIFA World Cup 2010, which was for the first time held in Africa.

Represented countries include; Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Namibia, Nigeria, Tunisia, Togo, Algeria, Germany, USA, Jerusalem, Belgium, France and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
