In The New Times of Sunday, July 18, I was happy to read the story about Rwanda Mountain Tea company rewarding farmers. This is one example of how companies can show appreciation to those involved in its production chain.

On several occasions, all companies care about is making profits and enriching the owners and shareholders.

However, it is very important that companies give back to the communities they either work with or work in. Other companies should follow suit, the benefits to the company are numerous.
