NEWLY promoted Primus league side AS Muhanga kept their winning ways intact as they edged Amagaju to lift this year’s Genocide Memorial tournament in Nyamagabe over the weekend.

Muhanga who had ejected Mukura on penalties (4-3) in the opening match showed that they are good at taking penalties when they also dislodged Amagaju in the final.

The annual tourney, which also attracted the National University of Rwanda (NUR), is held to commemorate all those who perished during the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi.
