Although he has to balance his career with academics since he is a student, he says there is a special reason why it’s called a weekend.
Below he shares with you how he spends it;
I start the weekend immediately I get home from school. I dedicate at least two hours to building my music. I then leave to meet my friends at Merez internet Café in Gikondo.
It’s after checking my mails and chatting online that we sit and plan for the weekend.
As musicians, it is always about the way forward, new releases and strategies for advancing that dominates our pastime.
On Saturday, I get to church and being a holly day I spend most of the time at home listening to music and enjoying the meals. I love African meals especially matooke and cassava with meat and juice.
Sunday is the real weekend. This is because I go out and dance for at least a five hours at Sun City hotel Club with my friends. Being that next day is school day, by 1a.m, I get home.
That makes my weekend perfect.
