Christian Robert Rwirangira, 23, former contestant of TPF3 (Tusker Project Fame 3) is gunning to be an international model and music icon.

The soft-spoken and well-bred, Rwirangira greatly believes in his knowledge of fantasy. Yet when you chat with him, you quickly realise that he rarely finishes a sentence without mentioning the word ‘music’.

Rwirangira started his career in music at an early age and began professionally singing in 2009—he has some hits up his sleeves.

He is one of the most potential artists in the country today. In his quest to achieve his dream, Rwirangira teamed up with local music talent, Andrew Cole, who featured in his singles, ‘I’m wondering’ and ‘My Girl’.

The singles soared to the top of every music chart in the country, and suddenly were hits in all Rwanda’s night clubs and entertainment spots.

Rwirangira soon embarked on his modelling career. He has teamed up with big names in the country’s fashion industry, including Dady De Maximo Mwicira Mitali and Jean Claude Ndayishimiye, the President of Premier Model Agency.

Rwirangira has performed at big events in the country.  He has been described as a god of joy by his Rwandese fans.

Interestingly, his dream all along was to become a pilot, but unfortunately, his dream was shattered by the death of his parents when he was still young.

Rwirangira’s interest in music was aroused early from watching music channels—he also enjoys watching romance movies.

When he returned from the TPF3 competition in Nairobi, he quickly took his talent to another level.

Christian, who values the simple maintenance rules, encourages Rwandan youth to develop their talents and become job creators instead of job seekers.
