I  whole heartedly agree with Efua Hagan’s article "Appreciate your body’ in the Women’s section of The New Times. Very often I see many women go to absurd lengths to attempt to look like the models they see on television.

They refuse to eat, or eat tiny amounts, some get cosmetic surgery and pump botox into their bodies and use inordinate amounts of skin care products to appear younger. As a man, I say "enough is enough”.

A woman’s beauty isn’t her external appearance but rather her internal characteristics.
