THE fact that foreign direct investment has increased to Rwf600bn from a mere Rwf18bn shows that this country is going places.

I like to believe that foreign investors know something that all the negativists, who say Rwanda is going to the dogs, don’t.

No one in his right mind will throw a substantial amount of their own money into an economy they think is sinking. So, to all that don’t believe that Rwanda is going anywhere, the foreign investors know something you don’t.
