I was driving to town over the weekend and was amazed by the road works that are going on in the city. There is no doubt that traffic was slowly becoming a nuisance.

KCC has demonstrated forward sight by expanding on the roads. Once completed, I have no doubt that other aspects of the city will also develop and expand.

As the country’s economy grows, and people have more money to spend, there is no doubt that the number of cars will increase. And, as we continue opening up to the region, more investors are expected to come in.

However, I would like to urge investors to consider building housing for middle income earners. As Kigali’s population increases, so will the need for accommodation.
